Agrisicilia’s organic Millefiori honey –available in 300-gram jars-is a delicious BIO honey rich in minerals and antioxidants. Besides having a good effect on health, it is also tasty and useful in cooking. It is often used in yogurt, but also in baking.
It is harvested in the forest domain and uncultivated land in central Sicily, generally in June. Crystallization is accelerated by refrigerated storage at 12°.

Organoleptic characteristics:
- Physical state: spontaneous crystallization. It has fine and creamy crystallization.
- Color: In its liquid state it is straw yellow, crystallized it tends to be lighter.
- Odor: Aromatic characteristic of the genus from the combination of sulla flower, thistle and various umbellifers.
- Taste: Normally sweet, medium sour.
Storage: After opening, the product should be stored at temperatures between 15 and 18 degrees. AgriSicilia’s organic Millefiori honey should preferably be kept away from direct light and heat sources.
Minimum shelf life: 24 months.
Suggestions for use: ideal for use in yogurt or in making cookies and cakes.
