Organic lemon honey is a typical product of the Tyrrhenian coast. It is energising, antibacterial, antioxidant and also rich in vitamin C.

It is harvested in organic cultivations in eastern Sicily and the Tyrrhenian coast area, usually in May. After natural decantation, it is stored in cold storage at 12° C.

  • Physical state: Spontaneous crystallisation, with very fine crystal grain.
  • Colour: In the liquid state it is almost colourless or straw yellow, while in the crystallised state it varies from pearly white to light beige.

Minimum shelf life: 24 months.
