Organic Sulla honey – available in 300-gram jars – is a honey with a delicate flavour typical of the Mediterranean air. This honey is harvested from wild flowers and uncultivated land in the hills of central Sicily, generally in May and June.
After natural decantation, it is stored in cold storage at 12°C.
It is often used as a sweetener and, in addition, seems to have good diuretic and depurative properties.
