Agrisicilia’s Organic Tangerine Honey is a delicious BIO honey-available in 300-gram jars-with a fruity taste that is ideal for preparing different kinds of sweets (from cakes to cookies). It has antioxidant properties, as do most citrus-based honeys.
It is harvested on organic crops in Sicily and Calabria, generally in April and May. Crystallization is accelerated with refrigerated storage at 12°.

Organoleptic characteristics:
- Physical state: Spontaneous crystallization, it is fine and creamy when crystallized, easily spreadable.
- Color: In the liquid state it is almost colorless or straw yellow; in the crystallized state it is pearly white or light beige.
- Smell: Intense from the scent of tangerine flowers, floral.
- Taste: Sweet and aromatic, slightly acidic.
Storage: After opening, the product should be stored at temperatures between 15 and 18 degrees. It is also recommended that organic tangerine honey be kept away from direct light and heat sources.
Minimum shelf life: 24 months.
