Agrisicilia honey is harvested in the forest demesnes of central Sicily and Calabria, generally in July. After natural decanting, it is usually stored in a refrigerated room at 12°.

Organoleptic characteristics:
- Physical state: Spontaneous crystallization, with fine crystal grain and tendency to harden and compact.
- Color: In the liquid state it is yellow with dark tendencies, while in the crystallized state it varies becoming lighter than the liquid state .
- Odor: Strong and characteristic of the flowering genus and dried leaves.
- Taste: Sweet and aromatic, with distinct notes of eucalyptus flower origins.
Storage: After opening, AgriSicilia Organic Eucalyptus Honey should be stored at temperatures between 15 and 18 degrees. It is recommended to keep the product away from direct sources of light and/or heat.
Minimum shelf life: 24 months.
Suggestions for use: Eucalyptus honey is ideal in combination with tea, herbal teas and yogurt. It is also useful in cases of colds and often accompanies cheeses and main courses.
