Organic Bergamot Honey Agrisicilia is a BIO honey with an aromatic flavor and intense smell (the typical one of orange blossom flowers, unmistakable and relaxing), with main ingredients from organic crops.
It is harvested on organic crops on the Ionian coast of Calabria every May. Productions of this type of honey are limited due to few nectar sources.

Organoleptic characteristics:
- Physical state: Spontaneous crystallization, it is fine and creamy when crystallized, easily spreadable.
- Color: In the liquid state it is almost colorless or straw yellow, while in the crystallized state it is white, pearly or light beige.
- Smell: Intense from the scent of orange blossoms, floral.
- Taste: Sweet and aromatic, slightly acidic.
Storage: After opening, organic Bergamot honey should be stored at temperatures between 15 and 18 degrees. In addition, it is recommended to keep the product away from direct light sources and all heat sources.
Minimum shelf life: 24 months.
Suggestions for use: This organic honey is ideal for flavoring dishes (especially desserts) but also for stuffing croissants and making healthy and tasty snacks.
