Pairings: is a celebrated companion to fish dishes, shellfish, risottos and appetizers. Refined and very pleasant as an aperitif.

Vinification: Destemming, cryomaceration for 12 hours and soft pressing of grapes. Fermentation at a controlled temperature 16°-17°C with a period of rest on the yeasts after fermentation.
