TASTING NOTES
Vista: elegante rosa antico, con riflessi buccia di cipolla e un pérlage fine e persistente.
Smell: presents notes of wild strawberries, dog rose and delicate hints of red fruits.
Taste: velvety, with a marked acidity and persistence.
Pairings: Versatile wine, to drink throughout the meal, excellent with seafood crudités, carpaccio and fish or shellfish tartare.

Planting density: 5,000 vines per hectare, with yields of around 60 quintals/ha
Harvest: Manual harvest in the first half of September
Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes, maceration on the skins for a few hours, fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature and refermentation in the bottle
Refinement: In the bottle with permanence on the lees for about 24 months
