Quattro Borghi Syrah “Cellaro” is a red wine IGP of the Sicilian Lands, and the most transparent gift of a population, it is an act of devotion for us to “caress” the grapes with passion, refusing easy compromises in every step of the supply chain, so every bottle sings the praises of sincerity.

Ruby red wine so bright and transparent, the Quattro Borghi on the nose, expresses beautiful notes of red fruit in spirit, rose, oriental spices, beeswax. On the palate, the typical tannicity of Syrah fills the mouth, a wine with notes of black cherry and fragrant currants that gives a rhythmic, certainly fresh, persuasive taste of great elegance.

Pairings: Quattro Borghi Syrah wine goes well with countless gastronomic preparations. Especially good with a pork tenderloin garnished with an apple sauce. Quattro Borghi Syrah “Cellaro” also pairs well with rich pasta dishes, stuffed pasta and main courses of white and red meat, both grilled and roasted. Try it with a meat couscous.

Vinification: Destemming, cryomaceration for 12 hours and soft pressing of grapes. Fermentation is at a controlled temperature of 16°-17°C with a period of rest on the lees after fermentation.
