Tasting Notes: Ruby red so bright and transparent this Nero d’Avola on the nose, expresses beautiful notes of red fruit under spirits, rose, oriental spices, beeswax. On the palate the typical tannicity of Nero d’Avola fills the mouth a Wine with notes of black cherry and currant scented that gives a rhythmic taste, certainly fresh, persuasive, of great elegance.

Pairings: goes well with countless gastronomic preparations. Especially good with a pork tenderloin garnished with an apple sauce. Also to rich pasta dishes, stuffed pasta, and to main courses of red and white meat, both barbecued and roasted. Finally, try it with a meat couscous.

Vinification: Destemming, cryomaceration for 12 hours and soft pressing of grapes. Fermentation is at a controlled temperature of 16°-17°C with a period of rest on the lees after fermentation.

Temperature: 16 – 18 °C

Alcoholic Gradation: 13%
