Storage: Store out of direct light and away from heat sources. After opening store in the fridge and consume within 15 days.
A fruit processed with respect: We process the main ingredient of this pesto with respect. The pistachios are selected from the best cultivations along the Mediterranean coast. We have chosen to use a milling process that avoids grinding the seed and at the same time preserves its aromatic oils.

Energy and vitamins in pistachios: Despite being considered a dried fruit, pistachios are actually the seed of the Pistacia Vera fruit.
