TASTING NOTES

View: straw yellow with light golden reflections

Smell: intense bouquet with marked citrus and vegetable notes.

Taste: full, fresh, with good minerality and hints of cedar peel.

Soil and climate: Calcareous soils, at an altitude between 180 and 250 m a.s.l., Mediterranean climate with significant temperature variations between day and night

Training system: Counter-espalier with Guyot pruning

Planting density: 5,000 vines per hectare, with yields of around 80 quintals/ha

Harvest: Manual harvest in the last ten days of August

Vinification: White vinification after soft pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

Refinement: Maturation on the fine lees in steel for 6 months and in the bottle for 3 months

Alcohol content: 13.5% vol

Total acidity: 6.61 g/l
