Amaro dell’Etna is 120 years old, and on this important anniversary it is offered in the original 32° formula, with a very valuable annual limited reserve of 5,000 numbered bottles, aged 12 months in authentic Etna Chestnut Tonneaux.
Our ancient liqueur rediscovered its essence in an annual limited edition, aged 12 months in original Etna chestnut. The dynamic maturation that takes place in the tonneau characterizes the liqueur by also introducing a unique and typical bitter note of wood and transfers to it the fullness of our beloved volcano.
The barrels placed on rotating supports, turn clockwise three times each day, generating the Bâtonnage effect, making the harmony of aromas typical of our unmistakable Amaro even more magical.
With this particular treatment, Amaro matures in the breath of Etna, and thus finds its new essence; with dynamic maturation in tonneaux it becomes even more distinctive, resting in its wood and enriched with the unique bittering note of Etna chestnut.
All this makes the connection between the ancient Amaro dell’Etna and our beloved volcano ever deeper.
