Smell: fresh, elegant with a bouquet rich in red fruits and vegetable notes
Taste: full and savoury, with a delicate polyphenolic structure, softness and persistence, which make it extraordinarily drinkable
Pairings: excellent with vegetable timbales, pizza, semi-mature cheeses and unprocessed main courses.
