Agrisicilia Organic Lemon Honey – 300g

AgriSicilia’s Organic Lemon Honey is a typical product of the Tyrrhenian coast. It is energizing, antibacterial, antioxidant and also rich in vitamin C.

It is harvested in organic crops in eastern Sicily and the Tyrrhenian coast area, usually in May. After natural decanting, it is stored in a refrigerated room at 12° C.

Organic Lemon Honey in Brief

Organoleptic characteristics:

• Physical state: Spontaneous crystallization, with very fine crystal grain.
• Color: In the liquid state it is almost colorless or straw yellow, while in the crystallized state it varies from pearly white to light beige.
• Smell: Normally fine and creamy sweet.
• Taste: Medium intensity.

Storage: After opening, the product should be stored at temperatures between 15 and 18 degrees. Keep honey away from direct light and all sources of heat.

Minimum shelf life: 24 months.

Suggestions for use: In cooking, organic lemon honey is good for both breakfast and snacking. In addition, it is also ideal as a natural sweetener.
