PRIMIZIA extra virgin olive oil. Obtained by pressing the first harvest of the season, it is characterised by an intense fruitiness (typical of freshly produced oil) with distinct hints of fresh grass. Pronounced but balanced bitterness and pungency. FIORDIDRUPA PRIMIZIA is the oil with the most intense and pronounced character of all, particularly appreciated by lovers of strong flavours. It is a highly fruity oil that easily reveals its hint of green tomatoes. It is produced from uniquely Sicilian cultivars, as are all our other oils: Tonda Iblea and Nocellara Etnea.

 

Use: FIORDIDRUPA PRIMIZIA extra virgin olive oil is excellent raw on warm bread, or when cooking in structured dishes such as meat soups.
