Organic Nocellara dell’Etna Olive Oil is a type of olive oil produced in Sicily, Italy. It is mainly produced from Nocellara del Belice olives, an olive variety native to western Sicily. This type of olive oil is characterised by a fruity taste and a delicate aroma with notes of fresh grass, white flesh fruit and tomato. It is used both in cooking and as a salad dressing. It is considered one of the best Italian olive oils and is often used in the production of high quality extra virgin olive oil.
