The Modica I.G.P. chocolate bar is the classic artisanal Modica chocolate, naturally dark, in varying degrees of purity. In this bar, 60% cocoa is present and mixed with cane sugar according to the traditional cold processing method that keeps the organoleptic properties of the cocoa intact and gives the bar its characteristic graininess.
