Aurantium is a wine made from white Moscato grapes, naturally dried on racks. This wine best expresses all the warmth and scents of Sicily.

View: intense golden yellow with amber reflections
Smell: with pleasant aromatic notes of candied citrus fruits, yellow-fleshed fruit and sage
Taste: sweet but not cloying, thanks to a good acidity; with pleasant notes of candied orange, dried apricots and dates
Pairings: ideal pairing with Sicilian dry pastries and fruit tarts, it also goes perfectly with herbal or long-aged cheeses
